Step 4 : Review your results, recommendations and health plan

Within 4 weeks of receiving your samples at our labs, we will upload your results and recommendations to myVIVA, and despatch your recommended supplement mix.

Your results include:

1. An overall health score for the three testing categories incorporating factors from your Lifestyle, Microbiome (Gut Health) and Metabolism (Metabolic Health) 
2. vivaLAB's 40+ Health scores (supported by over 100+ subscores) determine your Precision Nutrition plan 
3. The individual scores for each biomarker also ranks you against a healthy population  
4. If you are taking any medication, a review of how these medications may be impacting your health, and interacting with the food in your diet and the supplements you may be taking 
5. The probiotics, essential nutrients and amino acids that you need to get balanced – this is the supplement mix supporting your Precision Nutrition plan 
6. And any further botanical supplements that may be complementary to your Precision Nutrition plan
