Currently, we only ship in Australia where it will take up to five (5) business days for your sample collection kits to arrive from the date of purchase.
Approximately 4 weeks after your sample collection kits have been received by vivaLAB testing facilities, our first Precision Nutrition Plan is sent to you via email indicating you should log into your myVIVA account to view the results. Simultaneously, your personalised probiotics, micronutrients and amino acids will be dispatched from our facility, and should take no more than 5 business days from the date of receiving your results. You'll receive an email containing your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched and scanned by the courier.
Thereafter, vivaLAB aims to deliver no later than 48 hours before your 30 days of supplements have ended. An email informing you that your supplements subscription has been sent with a tracking number so you can track the product as well.
