How does vivaLAB protect your data?

To ensure confidentiality, vivaLAB separates your data into two independent platforms: 

1. Unique User Identification number (UUID) for your personal health information. 
2. Individual customer information for all correspondence, product payment and delivery.

vivaLAB also uses multiple layers of encryption on these platforms.  

vivaLAB never provides your information to your employer or to your health insurance company. We never share your individual-level information with any third party without your explicit consent. vivaLAB's guidelines and policies protect the personal information of all parties, including incapacitated or deceased individuals. We do not provide information to law enforcement unless we are required to comply with a valid subpoena or a court-ordered request.
