How does my vivaBALANCE subscription work?

The vivaBLANCE subscription is deducted from your credit card on day 1, and then every 30 days thereafter until you notify vivaLAB of cancellation after one plan of up to 9x cycles.

The first cycle of the Precision Nutrition Plan comprises: 

• one initial vivaBALANCE test, after which we provide you with your results and recommendations via your myVIVA account; 
• 30 days of probiotics for your first month whilst the test results are being generated and analysed; 
• three (3) vivaBALANCE supplement packs (each for 30 days) based on the initial vivaBALANCE test; 
• at the end of the cycle, one follow up vivaBALANCE test with results and recommendations; 
• one (1) further vivaBALANCE supplement pack (for 30 days) either based on the initial test results, or new test results dependent on the turn-around of the sample collection kit. Following the first cycle, each subsequent cycle comprises: 
• Six (6) vivaBALANCE supplement packs (each for 30 days) based on your latest vivaBALANCE test; and 
• at the end of the cycle, one follow up vivaBALANCE test with results and recommendations. Your vivaBALANCE subscription includes postage for your tests (including a postage paid envelope in which you return your sample), probiotic sets and supplement packs. 

Your vivaBALANCE subscription continues until it is cancelled in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Your Premium Nutrition Plan reflects your health needs but also understands your own preferences like do I want to drink a coffee per day, can I drink alcohol occasionally or what your preferred cuisine is.  This also comes with support via online personalised content such as what food to prioritise versus those to avoid.  

The vivaBALANCE testing provides you with easy to understand markers that also give you a goal to achieve (so how do you compare with a health population).... as well as allowing vivaLAB to see how you are progressing and modify your Precision Health Plan including any supplements you may be taking to complement dietary changes tto reflect your current health status.

As your body changes so should you Precision Nutrition Plan! No one size fits all forever with vivaLAB.
