You should begin to see the benefits of the vivaBALANCE program when you begin the Fresh Start program as soon as you confirm completing sample collection. At 4 weeks after receipt of the samples at the vivaLAB testing facilities, you should receive the results from the testing program and your Precision Nutrition Plan. At 6 months, another test will arrive where you can retest and see how you have been performing and if your program needs any adjustment.
After receiving your second test results, if you are not happy, you may not be feeling the benefit of the program or for any reason thereafter, whilst we would be sad to see you go, you can cancel your subscription with no further subscription payments.
Of course, should you want to re-subscribe at any point, you will always be welcomed back, and if within 6 months of the last set testing results, you will receive the supplements reflecting the last program. If it is longer than 6 months, then you will receive another collection kit.
